Im Patrick Hubof born in 1961. I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer through Mayo Health in Rochester Mn. There is no cure, however treatments are available multiple times a month in hopes to prolong my time here. I have three daughters and 11 grandchildren I will be leaving behind with nothing prepared for my passing. They just lost my sister to cancer a year ago and were not prepared for that nor this. They are trying hard to cope in every way with this
My treatments and appointments are one hour away one way. The cost my daughter loses to accompany me to my appointments is upwards of $200 a day, an average of four times a month minimum.
Im asking for help with the following financial situations this has brought upon our family very unexpectedly. Along with help in covering funeral expenses, burial, ceremony, and other costs that may arise there.
I am forever grateful for all donations, every little bit counts. It's a little sign of relief knowing my daughter's will have a little less to worry about. As this is my last wish.
