My name is Jerry, and my sister Sherri and I are trying to raise money for my brother who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. He is unaware of our efforts, but we know due to the severity of his diagnosis and treatments that he is in need of immidiate help.

He has an inoperable tumor that is attached to the exit  valve of his heart. The tumor the doctors found is causing poor blood and oxygen flow. He has started intensive daily radiation treatments and chemotherapy. The doctors cannot perform surgery because of the tumors location. Russ has had to take an absence from work to undergo regular medical treatments. He has to travel to a facility 5 days a week to receive his chemo and radiation and still needs to find a way to pay rent and buy food. He is a divorced father of four amazing kids and 3 grandchildren.

All of the money raised will help Russ pay for his rent, gas food and utilities while he is out of work and undergoing his medical treatments. He is not receiving any assistance at this time, so it would mean the world to us to help ease his suffering in any way that we can.
