David Fortier Medical Expenses with Stage4 Cancer

Hello friends and family,This fundraiser is for David "Dave" Fortier of Posen, MI. Also known as Mighty Mouse and The Polka Inn Dave. David is my father and has been part of the Posen community for 10+years now. 3 years ago he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He has gone through countless radiation treatments and appointments to battle his cancer. At long last his cancer went into remission and his PSA number was back to normal, until recently. After my fathers last appointment with his cancer specialist it was discovered that his PSA shot up to double digits. It breaks my heart to say that what was just prostate cancer in remission has taken a turn for the worse and is now borderline bone cancer. The cancer has spread to his bones and he is in need of immediate medical attention to get Bone Strengthening Injections before his bones begin to break while doing regular, everyday activities. Before he can receive these injections his cancer specialist requires him to have exstensive dental work done immediately. Between transportation, trying to find a place to live, doctor/dentist appointments, and surgeries my father needs help paying for his long list of dire expenses. Now I am asking for your help with hope that maybe dad can get through this and back on the road to remission. Please help us get to our goal, every little bit helps.
