(Update: we lost our angel 12-15-2020) RIP Mama (Sherry Ann Haney) 08/07/1982 - 12/15/2020 Hello everyone! I’m fundraising to give my mom a fighting chance. My mother is in the hospital with kidneys that aren’t working, she’s extremely swollen, her lungs aren’t able to take in enough oxygen for her body to work and she’s having congenital heart failure. She’s currently in a hospital and I don’t know how much longer they will treat her. Once they release her, if she gets released, my family is going to try to put her in a nursing home because they can’t take care of her at the moment. I’m hoping with the money I raise for her will go to getting her a place here in Houston close to me so I am able to either move in with her or be close by. My mother needs around the clock care and can’t be left alone, so I’m hoping to get her a live in or daily care nurse for the daytime while I care for her at night. There is much more that I need to get her to make her more comfortable. My family can’t help her anymore and I don’t want to abandon her at a nursing home where I can’t see her and she’s at the risk of passing away from COVID 19. My mother is a loving and caring person. She has been treated unfairly during her battle with her mental illnesses and is now facing death because of it. I just want to do everything and more for her but I can’t and need some help.
