Flash Flood-Help the Spraggins

My sister was hit by a flash flood in Texas yesterday. Her home was flooded with water that went above the toilets. She lost a car, all of her appliances, furniture, clothes, and much more. She and her family haven't slept. They were up trying to save what they could. I can't fully imagine the devastation, but I could hear the pain and heartache in her voice.
