Help Support Sydney’s Recovery Journey

On July 8, 2025, our daughter, Sydney Tarasovich, was a passenger in a devastating car accident that forever changed her life. The vehicle hydroplaned, left the highway, skidded up an embankment, flipped, and landed directly on the passenger side roof where Sydney was sitting.

Sydney is a vibrant, energetic 34-year-old who is absolutely loved and adored by her family, friends, co-workers, and the many customers she served as the Assistant Branch Manager at a local bank. She was joyfully planning her November 21, 2025 wedding to the love of her life. She has always been full of laughter and light—passionate about Taylor Swift, the Pirates, the Penguins, and the Steelers.

As a result of the accident, Sydney suffered a broken neck and is now a quadriplegic.. After spending 47 days in the ICU as of August 24, 2025, she is now awaiting possible acceptance into the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA for long-term rehabilitation.

The emotional toll has been overwhelming, but the financial burden is unimaginable. Medical bills, long-term care, and the costs of rehabilitation and adaptive equipment are far beyond what any family can prepare for.

We are asking for your support to help Sydney get the care she needs and deserves. Your generosity will go directly toward her ongoing medical expenses, rehabilitation, and the resources that will give her the best chance at recovery and quality of life.
