Hello I am Nicholas Frappier, I am here trying to raise money for a Wilbraham police k-9 that has recenltly had surgery. With any surgery the bills cans add up. I am hoping to raise money to help pay for some of the cost. This means a lot to me because I am part of a police family and can understand how much medical bills are.
