Kenny is my big (older) brother.  I have looked up to him my entire life.  He has been a model of what a husband, brother and father should be.  Kenny has been a high school footbal coach and teacher for the last 20 years.  He has spent the better part of his life impacting kids lives and showing teenage boys what it means to be Godly men.  For all who know Kenny, physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been an important part of his life.  He has always been up to the challenge of whatever life gives - from the footbal field to family - he has always succeeded.   God gives all of us "growth moments" in life that grow our faith and shows our 100% dependence on God and Prayer.  

Kenny was diagnosed with dialated cardiomyopathy a few years ago and is now in need of a heart transplant. Kenny is currently facing his largest life challenge. He has had two heart surgeries since September and is now going through the extensive process of testing and planning that goes into this very important process.  As we work through the education of what is about to take place, we also understand the financial burden this brings to the family.

The money raised here will be used to offset the costly medications required, time away from work for both Kenny and his wife Sheila, hospital stays, medical bills, loss of income etc... I have started this campaign in the hopes of relieving Kenny and Sheila from some of the financial burden that a heart transplant will bring, and to avoid the already significant cost they have incurred.
