Sarita’s cancer medication

Hi everyone, ironically, my sister Sarita was diagnosed with HER2+ Breast Cancer this last weekend during Breast Cancer Awareness Month; the same month we lost both of parents 15 & 18 years ago. If you ever wondered what the cost of a human life is, it is proportional to the cost of medication at any given time in a persons’ life when they need it. In this case, the recommended medication for Sarita is a drug called Perjeta, which costs approximately $75000 USD for 18-20 treatments. Needless to say, we are reaching out to our communities to see if you have any extra funds to help cover the costs and help save Sarita’s life! Sarita is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She is a friend to people and animals alike. She’s volunteered her time over the years to help feed hundreds of people experiencing homelessness, displacement, etc., and she also helps rescue animals find placements, and has fed many stray animals out of her own time and money.
