My name is Abo Anas, and I am a father of five children living in Gaza. We are enduring the most difficult days of our lives. There is no safe place here.

Every day, terror consumes new areas.

Our home has been destroyed in the bombings, and now we are living in a tent under the blazing heat and the freezing cold surrounded by death, destruction.

Imagine waking up every day to the sound of explosions, surrounded by rubble. My children, like countless others here, have been robbed of their right to a safe and secure childhood. They cannot pursue their education, and their dreams are being shattered.

We are not just numbers.

We are human beings with hopes and dreams, just like anyone else.
