Help Asheboro Mini Golf Through These Tough Times

Hello my name is David Gregor. I am the owner of Asheboro Mini Golf. 2020 has been a really tough year here at my business. The Covid 19 virus has severely affect business. After being shut down for 8 weeks I was able to open but business was only about 30% of what we would do. In the spring I invested every dollar I had and a lot of hours doing maintenance and getting this 62 year old course ready for our season only to have to close due to the Covid 19 stay at home order here in North Carolina.
A little about our business: This course was built in 1958. It has been a staple in this community. It is a skill based miniature golf course. And was a former Putt-Putt Course. It was defranshised in 2007 by other owners. I took over the business in 2016. And started off being a big part of this wonderful community. We have done things like giving the county library system 2000 free games to give children who complete their weekly reading, during the summer reading program. We have also supported other community activities. I believe a small business should help in the community.
Due to a sharp decrease in business and now the winter shut down due to the fact this is a completely outdoor business. I am now asking for help to keep this iconic business here and provide a great family activity for all ages. I lost my wife's income, she passed away the end of September. So now I am trying to do this on my own. We need to pay the lease, and start doing maintenance for the spring opening. The greens need replacing So I am asking for help with this. It t as kes approx. 3600 square feet of putting green to resurface this course.
I would like to show my appreciation to those who donate. So if you donate $150.00 or more a sign will be place on a hole showing you helped refurbished a hole. A $100.00 donation will get a spot on our donor board which will be place on a location on the course. Of course any donations are truly appreciated.
I want to Thank everyone that visits this fundraiser. This is much more than a business to me it is a passion and I am honored to provide this facility to the community at very affordable prices. So all families can have some fun. In 2021 our prices will only be $3.00 per person. Agian Thank You!
