Hey there, I'm Willow! I am a trans woman living in California that is still at the beginning stages of transitioning. I can’t afford the health insurance my work provides, so I have been paying for everything on my own. Paying for transitioning out of pocket is very difficult to do given the high costs of prescriptions, doctors visits, etc. There are some small gender affirming procedures that I would like to have done, but given my current living situation and the lack of ANY healthcare, it’s difficult to pay for everything out of pocket.
