264 Mile Mexico Ride

Donation protected
You may have not even HEARD of San Luis...but we know it well....

San Luis is a small town just on the other side of the US/Mexico Border. It's full of loud music, food, and culture. Its also full of children, and many of these children are homeless. These kids don't have much at and have been through things that we couldn't even imagine. Then the Oasis Boys Home stepped in.

The Oasis Boys Home is an orphanage for teen boys in San Luis. It also doubles as a trade school or prep school to get these guys ready for college, life, and beyond. Our group of riders has been traveling with our college friends down to Oasis for years and was tired of being limited in what we could do to help these teens. We sat around our college dorms and conspired on what we could do to help bring awareness and help to something that was so worth while. This is where the TRP264 was born...

The TRP264 is a bicycle tour that stretches from our college campus 264 miles down through the American Southwest, into Mexico, and finishes in the courtyard of the Oasis Boys Home. This tour is dedicated to bringing financial assistance (and bikes) to people who don't have much at all and are hurting for opportunity. My friends and I are dedicated and determined to make things better and we hope you will be too.

Here is what your money will go toward:
-A brand new roof for Oasis: These guys have a roof that is way too old and is pretty heavily damaged. Your money will go directly towards keeping these boy dry in the monsoon season, and cool in the heat of the summer.
-Food: 5-10$ will provide school lunches for an entire week for one boy.
-School supplies
-Funding for the staff who care for the boys and teach them how to make their way in the world.

If you want to find out more, follow us on social media and see what our journey holds for these boys! We can't wait to share it with you.
On March 6th 14 of us will embark on a 264 mile bike ride from Prescott, Arizona to San Luis Río Colorado, Mexico! The trip will take three full days of riding so we are averaging 88 miles per day! Please consider giving to these guys and follow our journey.

To follow on Social Media: Follow  these guys on Instagram: niko._a, andrewmbogdanov, ryan_mancuso, aaronpigott, or braday_7,

All of the bikes that we will be riding there will be gifted to local families in need. If you have a bike you want to donate or that is collecting dust, let us know and we would be happy to take it off your hands and gift it to a kid or family who would gladly ride it to work or school.
Thank you all for your support and if you're unable to donate, please share and cheer us on! :) Mexico here we come!
