Hi! We're Kennedy and Trevor, and this year we're taking on the challenge of running a marathon to raise money in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

We both work at a skilled nursing facility, where we have the privilege of caring for older adults every day. Through our work, we've seen firsthand how Alzheimer's affects not only the individuals living with the disease, but also the families who love them.

As two future healthcare professionals, we believe caring for people extends beyond the walls of the facility where we work. We want to use this marathon as an opportunity to raise awareness and support the search for better treatments, better care, and ultimately a cure.

Over the coming months, we'll be training for 26.2 miles—a challenge that will push us physically and mentally.
