26 miles to prom!

Hi!

I'm a teacher at The Wellington Academy who has (crazily) set themselves the challenge of running the London Marathon 2024!

As a year 10 tutor, I would love to raise as much as I can to go into a fund that will be split evenly between the current year 11 cohort and next year's cohort to provide the best prom experience to send them off into the wider world!

The average UK household spends £220 per teenage daughter and £157 per son attending the school prom!

Previously, Wellington has done an amazing job at fundraising through tuck shops, WellyFest, non-school uniform etc! I'm hoping to help contribute by running this marathon!
