A Young Hero's Mission: Walking for a Cause

Meet Dexter, a remarkable 8-year-old who's turning his passions into a powerful mission! Combining his love for military history and football, Dexter is taking on an incredible challenge throughout October.

He's committed to walking the equivalent of a full marathon (26 miles), and he's doing it with a special tribute in mind. For every single mile, Dexter will be wearing his Army uniform to honor and remember all who have served and continue to serve our country.

Dexter's goal is to raise as much money as possible. Of this, an amazing 70% will be donated to the Poppy Appeal, supporting our veterans and their families. The remaining 30% will go towards funding awards for his Under-9's football team, really demonstrating 'side before self' attitude.
