25-Year-Old's Fight: Insulin Pump Fund
Donation protected
My 25-year-old daughter has had a lengthy history of health issues, having been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 7. As if this wasn't bad enough, she was recently diagnosed with gastroparesis and pancreatitis, conditions that have severely impacted her Type 1 diabetes management. Due to the gastroparesis, her blood sugar levels have become extremely unstable, spiking to 500 after eating and then plummeting to dangerously low numbers. She has spent more time in ICU this year than at home.
Her physicians believe an insulin pump could help better regulate her blood sugar, and the meds needed to help her digest food as a result of the gastroparesis are either not covered with medication assistance and unfortunately, she doesn't have health insurance to cover the cost. My family is now seeking donations to obtain the necessary medical equipment and support for my daughter's care. Anybody who knows us is aware of what Savana has been through and the toll it has taken on her physically and mentally . I know how much support we have and now I am asking as a mother to help me save my Savana.. Shes 25 years old but as us parents know our children will always be our babies. Please help me give her a better quality of life that she deserves . Every little bit helps. Prayers and sharing are also greatly appreciated.Thank you, and may God bless you for your generosity and support.
