Max's JRob Intensive Wrestling Camp

Hi it’s Max, and I’ve been wrestling for 4 years.  I am currently on the varsity wrestling team at my high school where I am team captain.  My record last year was 41-8.  For those who don’t know 41 wins and 8 losses.  I also attended the Myway State qualifier.  My ultimate goal is to win a state championship and earn a college scholarship.  I believe in order to reach my wrestling goal I need to attend the prestigious J. Robinson Intensive 14-day Camp in Pennsylvania.  This is a camp that will test and push me to my limits, both mentally and physically.  J. Robinson Intensive Camps are known as the most challenging and life changing wrestling camps in the country.  J. Robinson himself is personally on hand at every camp leading and motivating young athletes.  More than 30,000 campers have experienced the challenging physical aspects of camp, but more importantly, gained instrumental life lessons taught at the camp.  J. Robinson’s life is defined by the J7: Discipline, Dedication, Sacrifice, Hard Work, Responsibility, Accountability and Service.  At camp you’re stretched to your limits daily and as a result, you realize that you’re capable of so much more than you ever thought possible.  I’m looking forward to growing from that experience and becoming a state champion myself.   This camp is very expensive and that is why I’m asking for your help.  Not only do I need to get the cost for the camp, but also traveling expenses and other things required attending.   The camp itself is $1,600.  Any amount you are able to donate is greatly appreciated and will help me so much.  Thank you for your support, Maxwell
       
Hi, it’s Tracie and Marc and we just want to add that we feel Maxwell is extremely deserving of this opportunity.  We are personally excited for this experience for him!  He is not taking this opportunity lightly as attending is only part of this camp.  Not everyone who attends graduates.  Only those who can accumulate enough points through the merit/point system will receive the FAMOUS black t-shirt for an opposing wrestler to see as they know they will be in for the fight of their lives!!!  We are very proud of Maxwell for making this decision to embrace such a challenging endeavor which ultimately he will succeed in.  We have faith not only in his abilities as a wrestler, but as a young man.  This life changing event will make him a better young man.  Unfortunately, this camp isn’t in our budget at this time with also having a senor in our home.  So, we had told Maxwell that if he wants to go, he will need to get some help and that is what got us here.  Thank you for your time and helping Maxwell reach his goals.
