Hi everyone, my name is Dominique. I am Katie’s daughter. Many of us know my mom dearly, but if you didn’t know her too well... my mom was the kind of person you don’t forget about, she left a positive impression on everyone she met. Her smile could light up more than just a room, and when she laughed, you would too. She was such a great listener to whoever needed to vent their feelings and she always put the well being of others first. She filled our hearts with a love you can’t forget. My mom was admitted into the ICU in early September this year. After battling several serious health conditions for a month, she unfortunately passed on to be in Heaven. These events were brought on very suddenly and without warning. I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes of having help from family, friends, and the community in contributing to expenses for my mom’s funeral and hospital bills. I know times are hard for everyone, but on behalf of the family we thank you for any contribution made. We appreciate all of your help.
