Help Dean have Knee Surgery

Hi,
We are fundraising for our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach Dean Alves to have knee surgery.
Dean coaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids ( from the age of 3) to adults. He currently coaches in Canning Vale and Joondalup.
Dean has a torn meniscus in his knee. Due to the situation the world is facing he is currently unable to return to Brazil where he would be able to have the surgery.
He needs to have this surgery so he can continue to coach without the constant pain.
