Dancin for Branson Benefit Trust

Branson Sommers is 17 months old and was born with a rare eye condition called Aniridia, which also means absence of the iris. There are 2,945 cases in the U.S.  Aniridia causes a reduction in the sharpness of vision and increases sensitivity to light. Branson’s condition puts him at high risk for cataracts, glaucoma and nystagmus (which he was born with). Branson had cataract surgery in both eyes before he reached 1-year-old, he has and will continue to go through extensive testing to find out the severity of his visual impairment and other medical conditions that go along with aniridia. Branson's condition is genetic and will affect him each and every day of his life, giving us many challenges to overcome.

There is a benfit being held for Branson on  Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Robarts Arena in Sarasota.
Doors will open at 4:30pm. We will have great BBQ from 5:00pm-7:30pm. Live bands include: Steel Relic, Kim Betts & Gamble Creek, Twinkle, Kettle of Fish and special guest. There will be live auction, silent auction, and more. Alcoholic beverages available, NO COOLERS!
