In 2006 our family moved from Northern CA to pioneer a sustainable living teaching center, we found land and commenced to create our dream... time went on, and as things do, money for the project quickly was used up. 

Now we find ourselves in a desperate situation...we have been unable to pay our land taxes for the past 3 years, and now must pay a minimum of $1650 to keep the state from taking our land and auctioning it - mind you we paid cash for this land,  over $100,000, all of our savings , so this is not a mortgage...this is the yearly tax assessment. We have plans for getting back up to date and staying current, but this $1650 is due on June 24th, 2016 - 1 month away...

All donations would be appreciated and keep us moving forward on building a better future for all! Including the land and all beings that live there...

If we are fortunate enough to be blessed with more than $1650, we will pay additional to our tax bill, and keep moving forward on other priorities.
