David Morgan's Funeral & Burial

We had planned ahead for Dave's passing over a year ago when we contacted Conejo Valley Memorial Park where Linda (Dave's wife) is burried. They sent us paperwork via email stamped paid in full and also verified via phone that all his arrangements were set and paid for. Dave passed away on Sunday night and on Monday morning we learned from the mortuary that nothing was paid. Apparently after making payments for a year he fell into default and per the contract they keep all funds that were contributed. We are certain he did complete payment because at the time his monthly payments stopped he had just taken out a reverse mortgage. He may have paid cash & the paperwork has been shuffled in the last 11 years. We have no paperwork to prove otherwise yet, it is going to take time, research and some digging. If needed we will take them to court. In an effort to obtain closure and to celebrate his life with loved ones we need to raise the money to have services now. If you are able to help it would be appreciated and if we can rectify the situation in later days all money will be returned. Thank you!!
