Medical bills for the Key family

Today I come to you with a heartbreaking ask that has the chance to really impact the life of a wonderful family. On Dec. 10th Lemoe Key, beloved grandmother, sister, wife and friend, was rushed to the ICU and just a few days later was put on life support due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, the families hearts were hit equally as hard just a few days following Lemoe's admittance when her daughter, Nelly, was brought to the hospital with a bad case of pneumonia.

As you can imagine this impacted the family incredibly, especially with Christmas just a little over a week away. Though, through all of the unknowns and unwavering struggle this family has only asked for thoughts and prayers from loved ones.

They haven't asked for money and would not dream to do so, but today I am asking you. I am asking you as someone who loves this family dearly, as a sister in Christ who is looking to give this holiday season and most of all as a human who wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. The holidays are a time that should be spent loving on the people around you and celebrating the true joys of the season.

If you are lucky enough to be hugging your daughter, grandmother, wife or sister and are able - please consider donating. I know a whole lot of sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, a father and a husband who would give anything to squeeze Nelly and Lemoe.

As the family is eagerly praying for quick recoveries, I am sure the hospital bills following their stays are the last thing on their minds. By donating we can help ease that financial strain and struggle. If you are unable to give a monetary donation prayers are always, always welcome.
