Hey everyone! It’s Jessica! As you all know, we are fighting city hall here in Celina for the wrongful termination of my husband and your recent Asst. Chief of Police. Shea is filing a whistleblower lawsuit after he reported serious crimes against the director of Human Resources.
If you don’t know the whole story, you can read all the documents on the OurCelina Facebook page. Shea is one of many directors and employees that have been pushed out by the city of Celina by the City Manager and he has chosen to fight for what is right. The corruption and mistreatment of city employees, at the hands of the City Manager, has to stop!!

These donations will go directly to the resources of the legal battle. Shea retained his attorney back in August and he has been working diligently on this case. Below is a link to one of his attorney’s recent successful cases. Shea’s attorney is extremely knowledgeable and successful in his work against wrongful terminations and because he is so successful, his rate per hour is $450. These legal fees will start staking up quickly, and now that Shea is no longer employed with Celina after 14 years of dedicated service, it will be even harder to fight this battle without your support. The City of Celina is betting on the financial burden this will cause us.
If for any reason, the funds raised outweigh the legal fees, any leftover amount will be given to a local charity, such as Grace Bridge. You are welcome to donate anonymously or publicly.
