https://www.facebook.com/VIVA.Americanos?pnref=story Jessica Herrick was hit by a hit and run driver last night in Grand Chute/Appleton, WI and is in the hospital with multiple injuries including numerous broken bones, contusions, lacerations and a battered spirit. Jess is a single mom who and has been working three jobs so that she can secure a good future for herself and her son Colton who is on the autism spectrum. She is an amazing individual… but she will have a very long road to recovery. Unfortunately as a professional dog groomer, dog trainer and Independent consultant with It Works Global, she will face months without paid time off and significant medical bills. Multiple surgical interventions will be necessary with subsequent painful periods of recovery to follow.
At this point, besides living expenses, Jessica is worried about funding her son’s dance lessons. These are extremely important to him as they are not only therapeutic, but they teach him critical life lessons about social skills, listening and coping. Please…if you have it in your heart, help this very kind and hard-working mom so that she can focus on her recovery. The perpetrator has not yet been caught, so any information is appreciated. Please also keep Jessica and Colton in your thoughts and prayers. We know that we can restore her faith in humanity. Thank you!
