Hi everyone I’m raising funds for my mothers funeral. Her name was Stephenie Arvo (Hill). She is survived by Me her oldest Daughter and Jacob Garcia her son and her youngest Daughter Jasmyn Garcia and her mother and brother. She was 51 years old and born and raised in Ventura, California.
