Hi my name is Matthew Barlow Iam a 13 year old who loves baseball. I feel I have been given the opportunity of a life time. This is a dream come true for me and I feel very blessed to be selected to go to the Dominican Republic to represent our Country in the Latin American Baseball Classic.
The Latin American Baseball Classic is the biggest youth baseball tournament hosting teams from Canada, Venezuela, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Aruba, British Virgin Islands and St. Croix. There was over 30 national tryouts, which drew over 5000 Athletes and I was one of the few who were selected.
With the help of family, friends or just those who love the game I plan on bring home victory for the United States. I know this opportunity will only help me to get one step closer to college.
All funds donated will go towards Hotel, Food, Airfare, Equipment and tournament fees. I depart for LABC on August 3rd and have to have all my funds in by July 3rd.
