HI! 

My name is Kellie Aponte, a former softball player from the West Fayetteville Recreational Park. Myself and several of my loved ones have spent YEARS coming to this facility playing the game that we all love and making long lasting memories to live by. Recently, last Friday, someone burnt down the concessions building that served food, stored equipment, and much much more! So, I have put together this fund raiser so that we can give BACK to the one place that is considered a second home to many of us. The money that I plan on collecting will go STRAIGHT to the organization to re-build and start a new beginning for athletes yet to come. Not just myself, but SEVERAL others will be completely thankful to see this place back up and running once again. To be honest, the people that I met at this park, are the reason why I am the way I am. I have learned lessons on the field that I took home with me and molded them into my character. West Fayetteville and the people I met there, gave me confidence in the person I am today. Like Coach Eddie always said, "and ya goin"...SO LETS GET GOING ON THIS FUNDRAISER AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
