It is with great sadness that I make this request; wishing instead that the tragic and sudden loss of Rallow hadn't happened. Rallow's brother, Vernon Carpenter and the family have received an outpouring of love and support from amazing friends .  This will help Vernon pay for all the arrangements.
Any one that knew my brother-in-law, knew that he was the first to jump in and help anyone in need.   No matter what the loss, he was there willing to donate and bring together his friends to do whatever it took to help ;  plan a ride, serve some delicious meals or load supplies for flood victims.  He is missed and will continually be missed more than words can express.  
Rallow's parents and brother are now the ones in need.  Without the life insurance to cover all the final expenses.   It is painful enough going through such a terrible loss without the burden of trying to find the money to bury their son/ brother.  
If you find it in your heart to give; thank you.  If you aren't able to give;  know your thoughts, kind words and prayers mean so much at this time.
