In February 2020 my father was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis and a Spinal Stroke. He spent over 2 months in hospitals both WVU and Uniontown and has exhausted all of his sick leave as a State Corrections Officers. My father has never asked for help in his life but he has no where to turn as he’s waiting for paperwork for disability to be processed which could be a lengthily time. Help in any amount would be greatly appreciated and mean so much. He’s worked his entire life and has over 15 years service in the Correctional system. Any consideration and help would mean so much.
