Cheryl's cancer fund

Hi everyone! I am newly diagnosed with breast cancer. I need a little help paying my maximum out of pocket and expenses. I just had surgery last week and am getting ready for raditation. If you don't know, (I certainly didn't) radiation is 5 days a week for 5-7 weeks. The closest place I can go is 45 miles away, my oncologist is an hour and a half each way.

I need to start paying for the biopsy and surgery I just had. The last 4 weeks have been a whirlwind of Doctors, x-ray's, ultrasounds and blood test. Then waiting, for results. I am waiting for one last test to see if I absolutley have to have chemo.

I cannot currently work as I care for my mom who had a stroke and my husband who is also disabled. So we are
currently like many living paycheck to paycheck on a single income. The stress and frightening reality that I have cancer is scarey and the extra financial burden even more so, because it's not just one year - it's five years of Doctors, tests, x-rays,medication, hoping and praying it doesn't come back. I knew cancer was expensive, I just never realized all the expenses.

If you can help, even a little, this would be one less stressor in my life. With loved one's depending on me, I need to kick this and I will. I'm not ready to quit smiling and enjoying my family and friends. I have a life to finish living, two wonderful people, I love, to keep helping live thier lives. Your support means everything.
