Help a disabled mom get into an affordable house

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I’m a single mom of two with multiple sclerosis who is trying to get into an affordable house for myself and my little family.
I have found myself in a position I never thought I’d be in. I’m asking strangers for help because I cannot help myself all by myself any longer.
I spent most of my life caring for, and helping others. Mostly my Granny, in her last years, and my parents as their health deteriorated and they needed physical and financial help. Now I find myself needing help and not having anyone I can turn to for that help.
After a lot of searching I’ve finally found a house that would be affordable monthly but I need some help to get it. I’ll still need some things later like a refrigerator, air conditioner, and space heaters as well as a washer but I’ll get those one at a time later.
The house is a little over 900 square feet, it’s not big or fancy but it would be a blessing for me and my kids. It’s got 2 small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There’s a bigger room that makes up the living room/kitchen combined. It was built in the 1940’s. The plumbing and wiring was updated by the last owner several years ago so it should be a nice, trouble-free little home for us. There’s a small window air unit there now but it won’t be enough the the whole house. I’ve got a clothes dryer and I can get a washing machine later. If I can just get the house and know that I’ll have a safe, affordable place for us to live, I know I’ll be able to get the rest of what we need eventually.
I wish I had family that could help but I don’t. I’m hoping and praying that there are some kind people out there who would be willing and able to help us. I have no one else to turn to. Literally. I’ll be very grateful for any help we receive. Thank you.
