Kaylen Gilman is a beautiful happy little 6 year old, who loves her family. Kaylen is the youngest child of my older brother Jason Gilman.
Kaylen was born with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. It is a disorder caused by the deletion of a small piece of chromosome 22. The deletion occurs near the middle of the chromosome at a location designated q11.2. Because of this she has lived with great adversity. She has suffered for these 6 years with serious illness that has left her hospitalized a great many times throughout each year.
Kaylen is fierce and she has bravely battled infections and illnesses. Kaylen's body no longer can fight and she is tired.
We are looking for donations that will help out my brother and his family during this time of great suffering. We are going to need help with end of life expenses.
