In Memory of Yusef Aziz Ahmed-White

 On Monday May 16th 2016 life changed for many. Two beautiful children lost their father. A mother and father lost her son. A brother lost his other half, and many friends and family are left grieving the loss of a truly good man.

 Yusef Aziz Ahmed-White unexpectedly passed away from an accidental drowning. There are hardly words to express the range of emotions that his family and friends are feeling. What we can focus on is that Yusef is with the Lord in Nirvana. The details of the untimely death become less important when we focus on the legacy of Yusef’s life. The love he had for his son Jaiden, and daughter Jordyn, his connection with nature, and unwavering faith in God. Yusef was wise beyond his years. He had an outlook on life and “the gift” to see the good in everything and everyone regardless of what the situation seemed to be. Yusef was a believer, a dreamer, an artist, an entrepreneur, a fighter and a great friend to all who knew him.

 Although the days will go on and our lives will return to normal, Yusef’s children will forever be affected. While we cannot take away the pain and sorrow from his children, friends and family, we can help ease the burden of their financial worries.

 Without our help, the future of his children and funeral expenses could be an ongoing concern for years to come.  A trust fund is being established to better prepare his babies, Jaiden and Jordyn for a brighter future. It takes a village to raise children. A small portion of the funds collected will go toward exorbitant burial costs. 

 As friends and family of Yusef it’s our responsibility to honor him by supporting his children’s trust fund and financial needs to come. Show your support through donating in this time of need.
