Help me ride a bike again.

My name is Ray Blackwell and I suffered a hypoxic Brain Injury while skiing in France, in 2011. I was 40 years old and had just opened my own car repair business afterworking for Mercedes for 23 years.
I was in a coma and declared nearly brain dead with no hope.
I was flown home, and this started the fight back to life.
I came out my coma, but have been left blind and can do little for myself,and use a wheelchair. I have 24 hour care from my wife.
I spent over two years in hospitals and rehab, learning to talk again, and strengthening my body, and I can now stand with a standing hoist to help me. I cannot stand unaided, and only for a few minutes.
I loved cycling before, and obviously cars, and skiing, climbing and walking in the Lake district etc, I did cycling in the Alps & Pyrenees. I loved taking my dogs a walk too.
I'm not the sort of person to let thing's defeat me and I won't just let life pass by, I go swimming, and skiing in a bucket seat, but know I'll never drive again. Or see, or walk. But I am getting on with my life, and doing the things I loved a little differently.
I occasionally cycle in the Forest of Dean with an adapted cycle, but this is not very often, and sometimes they don't have the particular cycle I need, so I have a wasted journey. I ideally would love one of my own that I could use at home and go out with a friend, as it's a double seated one, which I of course need.
I would need a power pack on it to help me when I tire.
Having this bike would make me feel great, to be out without that bloody wheelchair and feel more normal, at least a little, and have some freedom. I could go out whenever I wanted.
The cost is roughly £6000, as I will probably have things added for me so it's compatible for my needs.
I can't say how much this would open my world up even more. I want to get out and about and peddle like before, even if it's not the Alps, and only round my village!
