On Wednesday May 18th, the Sprague family recieved the shocking news that their precious 6 year old daughter, Mercy, has Type 1 Diabetes.  Upon arriving at the hospital, they quickly discovered that Mercy was in a life or death situation with her insulin level spiking to over 800.  She was airlifted to Sacramento, which was the closest facility that could treat her condition, and spent three days in ICU trying to get her insulin stabalized.

Due to the Spragues transition back to the United States, they are in between jobs and medical insurance coverage.   Whatever you can donate, will be huge in helping the Spragues with the hosiptalization and medication expenses they will be facing in the months to come.
