Help Save Winston ❤️

Hi everyone, my name is Lexi. I am setting this GoFundMe up for my sister, Tanesha & her husband Chris’, dog. His name is Winston and he is truly as sweet as they come. She recently took him into the vet for a routine exam, shots & nail clipping. She wouldn’t have imagined receiving the news she did. The vet told her he has a very large mass, mixed with weight loss and pale gums. He said those symptoms mixed, is a good indication it’s cancer and recommended he be put to sleep, that very day. She then went to MedVet for a second opinion, where they ran more tests. Those results showed it is likely not cancer. Which is incredible news! Unfortunately, the only way to be 100% sure if it is cancer, would be through surgery. No matter what, this large mass is the size of a cantaloupe, and very uncomfortable for him. The mass, cancerous or not, is making him sick, and when it bursts he will bleed out and die within hours. During those hours he would be in excruciating pain. They very much want to go forward with the surgery to give him the best fighting chance. The surgery to get it removed will be $5300-$7700. If you know my sister personally, you know what an amazing person she is and would do anything she can for others, as would Chris. You also know how important Winston is to their family. Her 2 kiddos are always loving, playing, and cuddling with him. Life just wouldn’t be the same without him. He is the most well behaved, laid back, and obviously very loved pup.
