Family & friends, it is with the heaviest of hearts that I humbly come to you during this difficult time in the lives of our family. My beloved grandmother and family matriarch Consuelo, passed away on Saturday, September 19th after falling ill. She was a loving, kind, joyous, tender and giving soul who has left an irreplaceable void in our lives. She taught me to be strong, she showed me to be generous but most importantly she showed me the meaning of unconditional love and support. Although we knew this day was coming one can never be fully prepared for this type of tragedy. On behalf of all our family we humbly ask that you to open your hearts and contribute whatever is within your means to assist us towards funeral expenses during these difficult times. Lastly, make the most of every moment with your loved ones, remember time is fleeting so say I love you, I miss you, I appreciate you, I’m here for you as often as you can.
