Ralph's Surgery Fund

Dear friends, family, and acquaintances.

We are coming humbly to ask that you help in saving a friend's life.  Unfortunately in these past years, Ralph's weight has deteriorated to the point that dieting is no longer an option.  Due to the excess weight gain, many specialists have suggested that he undergoes weight loss surgery because it is the only option available to help save his life.  We ask that you find it in your heart to help us by donating whatever amount that you can, and if you can't donate we ask that you please share this in hope that someone will find it in their heart to help us bring some sunshine back into a dark and dismal time that he is surmounting.  We thank you in advance and ask that God bless you for your help whether it is with a donation, or by sharing to create awareness.
