Help Travis Hoyle-Spinal cord injury

Donation protected
On Thursday, October 14th, Travis fell off a 15 foot deck. He lost consciousness and was taken to the Shelby ER. He was found to have a major fracture to his mid spine with fragments of the bone compressing his spinal cord. He was flown by helicopter to a larger hospital in Charlotte. Travis required emergency back surgery to remove the bone fragments and decompress his spinal cord. He had rods and screws placed to stabilize his spine. With his spinal cord injury, he is unable to move his legs or walk.

Soon, he will start the process of rehabilitation. Adjusting to living with a spinal cord injury will be a challenge for his entire family, including Travis, Staci, and their 2 school-aged children, Zach and Kate.

The Hoyle family is appreciative of the immense outpouring of love and prayers they have received in the aftermath of this life-altering event. This fund is to assist the Hoyle family with expenses that are not covered by insurance including modifications to their home and car to make them wheelchair-accessible, medical equipment, and transportation and home care costs. By helping with the financial stressors of this unexpected trauma, your contributions will enable them to focus on healing.
