Help save jango

We recently had to take Jango to the animal hospital. During a check up at the vet, they found fluid in his lungs. At this point they have drained over 4 liters of fluid from his lungs. They have discovered he has a disease called chylothorax, which caused leakage of his lymph glands to drain in and around his lungs. After they drained the fluid, they discovered the lining of his lungs had weakened, causing his lungs to tear and air was also getting into his chest cavity which was making it very hard to breath. He's had two surgeries already to patch up the holes in his lungs. He has a fever right now that they are trying to keep down post surgery, and they are having difficulty keeping him comfortable. Our bill right now is over$13,000 and he will be in the hospital for at least 24 hrs assuming there isnt anymore further complications. As many of you know jango is the sweetest, and most loving dog and we want to do anything and everything we can for him. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
