We hope this request finds you well. On behalf of our parents we are reaching out to humbly request your support and generous contribution towards our mom. Our mom, Nancy, is having open heart surgery on October 3rd. This came as a complete shock to our family. This all came to light as our mom is in need of a liver transplant, due to her liver disease that she was suffered with for years. The Doctors told her it was a blessing in disguise, if she wasn’t doing testing for the liver transplant, she may have suffered a massive heart attack.

We are requesting any monetary donation that you are able to provide. Your contribution will directly impact our family. This will mean our dad, Dan, will be able to stay home with our mom for a few weeks during her most critical time of healing. They will need to make many rounds trips from their home to the hospital after her surgery. A round trip is 200 miles for them. We all know how expensive gas is at the moment. Any support would be invaluable and greatly appreciated. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a significant difference for our family.
