Ear surgery

Hey everyone! So as most of you know I own a beautiful dog named Roxas. I've had him since he was a puppy and I could hold him in my hands. He will be turning 6 this year and we got a problem! His left ear fills with blood to the point it causes him discomfort and I have to go get it drained at the vet. However we are coming up on the 3rd time having to get this drained. I'll do anything for him but I'm draining myself going to the vet every 3 months spending 300 on the removal of the blood and antibiotics that are then injected into it to help. My vet told me they do have surgery that could help prevent it from ever happening again but... you guessed it. Its nearly 2 thousand for it. I'm extremely embarrassed to ask for help in such a way but being a full time student and paying my monthly bills I can barely afford to save the 300 I need much less save for the surgery. If anyone could help even the smallest amount I know he would appreciate it so much.
