Memorial fund for Lori Aveni-Waldo

Lori Aveni Waldo unexpectedly lost her life on Tuesday, September 15th. Lori is no longer physically with us, however the light she brought to this world will continue to shine through her family and friends, and the memories we all share. Lori was a lover of sports(Packer,Brewer,Bucks,Badger) a semi-professional foosball player, card enthusiast, family game night champion, jukebox hero, trivia stud, made the meanest mom meatloaf, whipped the tastiest of Guac, I could go on for days...Professionally she spent decades as a nurse, mainly at the VA of Milwaukee..She brought a lot of love to a lot of patients over many years and also brought home some of that pain..Her wishes were to be cremated and spread to some of her favorite places.E.g.,Lambeau Field..She wanted a celebration of life not a mourning of death..2020 has been brutal for most of us mentally and financially...Unfortunately most of the financial burden has been put on my younger and much more responsible brother Michael. I’m not to proud to beg(Temptations) mom would have laughed..If you are able, please help us raise money to cover expenses for her Cremation and Memorial..We are estimating costs at around $7,000..Think we are close to $5,000 right now..Anything raised above our goal will go toward Lori’s youngest and most gifted child Sadie Waldo’s education fund..Thank you to everyone for your outpouring of love and support for our family.
