shot two months ago with no support

My name is Dylan and on June 28th i was jumped by four gang members. These guys hit me multiple times in the head, kidnapped me with my own vehicle, they were unsatisfied with what I had to offer, so they stripped me naked shot me in the right lung and left me for dead. I didnt set up a go fund me right away because i was told i would be able to receive short term dissability payments, that has not happened and i have fallen two almost three months behind on all my bills. I am planning on returning to work before the expected date because im so far behind but at this point my storage locker will be auctioned off within a week or so my, vehicle is in danger of being reposesed, I already had to move out of my apartment and into my moms who has also been struggling financially.  Please, anything helps and i would appreciate it so much.  Thank you, Dylan.
