Help Me Fund My Debut Album!

Hi, I’m Justice LaBoy! I’m a Queer Singer/ songwriter born and raised in Brooklyn. This year will mark 9 years working as a performer and songwriter in the belly of the beast known as NYC. For 7 years, I’ve have fronted the Power Rock band Mad for Justice and in 2019 I’d broken out on my own performing as Justice LaBrave at The BITTER END in NYC and in 2020 began production on my debut album “Influences”. “Influences” is a project about self-exploration through the sub genres of rock, dissecting the genre in its many stages throughout history and its influence, creating music that taps into what inspired me to be the performer and songwriter I am to this day.

I’d been working on the album pre-pandemic and I was forced to stop production in order to properly recover from Covid-19 . While recovering, the writing process became increasingly emotional, music was the only thing keeping me going when my symptoms were so severe I couldn’t get out of bed or stand without falling. Not to mention battling depression during a time when we couldn't properly mourn our fallen loved ones properly. While writing I realized that this project is a chance to give listeners and supporters a chance to get to know the music that fuels my heart, makes me feel empowered, and gives me the motivation to create the unapologetic anthem of bravery you listen to while lacing up your sneakers for a run. This project is the closest I’ve felt to music in my entire career and I need your help getting this out!

The Goal is to raise $5,500 dollars in order to cover recording and mixing ,the mastering for the album, and the administration fees.
