Hillwood Communities and FirstService Residential are hosting a stair climbing fundraiser in honor of the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

The event will be hosted at Pecan Square by Hillwood at 2751 N Market Square, in Northlake, Texas. Stair climbers will be available for a $25 donation fee to those who wish to climb in the memory of those who lost their lives. First Responders can climb free of charge.

All funds will go to Building Homes for Heroes, an organization founded in the wake of 9/11 who provides homes, modified homes, and support services to severely wounded Veterans and First Responders across the United States.

BHH is strongly committed to supporting the brave men and women of the military who were injured, post-September 11, 2001, while serving the country at the time of the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan. BHH builds or modifies homes and gifts these homes, mortgage-free, to veterans and their families. Since 2006, BHH has been at the forefront of making a significant difference in the lives of the wounded men & women of the military forces of the US. We build homes from the ground up or modify existing homes to meet the needs of the brave men and women who selflessly served our country. These mortgage-free homes not only help to remove the family's financial burden, they help to restore the individual's freedom, and enable the veteran to lead a more independent and productive civilian life.
