Hi, my name is Alice. I'm a 25 year old trans girl. A few months ago, I started spiraling harder and harder every week. I've gone through several layers of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, shutdowns, self harm, and SI. I would have to pull over and get my friend talk to me for 2 hours, just so I could calm my anxiety down enough to turn around and get my self home. I had several mental breakdowns where I felt like I was going insane. It got to the point where I had take a lot of time off from work for my well being, and to check myself into inpatient on many recommendations from the ones close to me. Since it's an hourly wage job, and I already used my sick time, I'm not going to be able to afford to pay for rent or food for this month. Rent, utilities and other bills will be around 850.
