Hi All, 

The ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Palestinian territories has been engendered by the bombing of Gaza that has left many dead and thousands injured and in desperate need of urgent medical attention. In light of this, we are hoping to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestinians by running 5 miles for 5 days (the length of the Gaza strip). Medical Aid for Palestinians has offices in West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, Lebanon and London and seeks to provide both emergency medical care as well as helping to develop the medical infrastructure of Palestine. Importantly, the charity also aims to provide vital mental health support for a population scarred by incessant conflict.
